1. Diamond Authenticity & Grading Standards
Every diamond certified by Bloomer Diamonds adheres to the highest international grading standards for Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight. All major solitaires and center stones are accompanied by independent laboratory certificates verifying their ethical origin and precise specifications.
2. Bespoke Jewelry & Custom Commissions
Clients commissioning custom engagement rings or personalized fine jewelry work directly with our master design atelier. A 3D CAD render and diamond selection approval are required before metal casting begins. Once casting is initiated, custom dimensions are locked in and protected by our Lifetime Warranty.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on Bloomer Diamonds are in USD (unless localized currency selection is activated). We reserve the right to correct any typographical or diamond market pricing errors before order fulfillment.
4. Lifetime Care & Warranty Integration
All fine jewelry purchases are subject to the comprehensive coverage outlined in our Warranty & Lifetime Care policy, including complimentary prong tightening, ultrasonic cleaning, and one complimentary ring resizing within 60 days.

Yes. Every center diamond is accompanied by an official grading certificate from internationally recognized gemological laboratories (such as IGI or GIA) verifying its 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy on all unworn fine jewelry pieces in their original presentation packaging. We provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label for safe handling.
Our lifetime warranty covers all manufacturing defects and includes complimentary prong inspections, stone tightening, professional ultrasonic cleaning, and rhodium replating of your gold and platinum jewelry.

Every order is shipped in discreet, unbranded tamper-evident luxury packaging and is 100% fully insured from our atelier to your doorstep. Direct adult signature is required upon delivery.
