30-Day Return Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify for a full refund or complimentary exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is in brand new, unworn condition without signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.
- The security tag remains attached and intact.
- The diamond grading certificates (IGI / GIA) and all original presentation boxes and documents are included.
- The return is initiated within 30 days from the documented delivery date.
Custom & Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke creations designed specifically for you with custom engraving, personalized head alterations, or custom-cut diamonds are crafted to individual specifications. While custom pieces are non-refundable, they are fully covered under our Lifetime Warranty and include complimentary sizing.
Exchange & Store Credit
If you wish to exchange your diamond ring for a different setting, carat size, or style, our diamond advisors will apply 100% of your purchase value toward your new selection.
